Being able to truly delegate to your team means that you must follow a certain set of beliefs. There is no better way to communicate these beliefs than documenting them and using them for hiring, firing, and promoting.
Starting with a small team, the core values of any company are driven by the leader. As the company grows, those one-on one interactions and culture growth no longer happen as often. It is a one of those problems that you don’t really see coming until it is too late and you need to lean out the team again in order to reign the culture back in.

I made a video that explains what each core value is and why it is so important to me. This lets each team member understand the PURPOSE of each core value so they understand the context better.
